By accessing or using Geopogo Cities ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geopogo Cities is a 3D city visualization platform that allows users to:

  • View real-world cities in 3D using Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles
  • Import and place custom 3D models into city scenes
  • Generate AI-powered architectural renderings and animations
  • Save camera bookmarks and manage visualization projects

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Free Tier: Limited AI image and video generation per month
  • Pro Tier: Increased limits for professional use
  • Enterprise Tier: Unlimited access for teams and organizations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any 3D models you upload. AI-generated images and videos created using our Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to your subscription tier. The Geopogo Cities platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (Maps/3D Tiles, Authentication) and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
